Recruited by Jack Rowell’s coaching team from Bath University (where he was Director of Sport) to oversee fitness training.
Has held a number of non-executive directorships with Lawn Tennis Association, Sport England, UK Sport, English Institute of Sport and the FA Premier League. Spent eight years as Director of Football Development at the FA.
Is now the Academy Manager at Reading FC.
