Career details:

Up to the middle of the 1964-65 season John was one of the country’s leading try scorers. Hard to pull down when in full flight he was a determined runner who appeared for his county, Dorset & Wilts.

John was introduced to the Bath Club by Frank Harrison who was his PE teacher at Chippenham Grammar School. (See separate profile for Frank)

John was educated at Chippenham Grammar School and was introduced to Bath by Frank Edward Davenport Harrison. I think he was born in 1941/2 so I think your dates are a little awry.
