Career details:

One who got away! Boris Stankovich is a name that may not be familiar with too many people, mainly because the then young hooker made only a solitary replacement appearance in his time at Bath. A product of the Academy, he appeared in several United matches as well, Boris came on as a replacement in a 24pts-3pts pre-season win at Keynsham in August 1999 for Lee Mears, before leaving the club and signing for London Irish. It was at the Irish that his career began to go forward. Having spent  a spell in Italy he returned to join Leicester Tigers making 100+ appearances as a 1st XV prop. When he departed Tigers  he joined Newport Gwent Dragons and subsequently Coventry RFC. Retiring from playing he became the interim Forwards Coach at the Tigers when Richard Cockerell departed for Edinburgh.
